The parking pass was useful, and we got discounts on beach umbrellas and loungers for stays of 7 or 15 days, plus a good deal at the pizzeria/restaurant near the parking lot and beach. The beachfront spot suits families with small children since you just cross the street to reach the rides. The building sits between two taller ones, which leaves it quite airy. When there's a storm, you really feel the wind. It's been like that through the 10-12 years I've been coming, and they still haven't fixed it. Overall, it's good.

The apartment itself was pleasant, clean, and in excellent condition, with everything you need, including a washing machine, air conditioning, and WiFi. The bathroom was tiny, though. If only the shower door opened the other way, you wouldn't need to be a trampoline lifter to dry off! I spent three weeks on the third floor, and carrying suitcases and bags up and down the narrow stairwell was no easy task.

The apartment was nothing like the website photos. It was old and dirty, and the bathroom was a nightmare. The worst stay of my life.

The furnished apartments face the sea, and the welcome was warm.
