The owner went out of her way to welcome us, even taking us to an amazing restaurant that became one of the highlights of our trip. The hospitality was truly outstanding, and the whole stay was unforgettable, the best I’ve ever had in Italy. Everything felt perfect, from the comfortable accommodation to the warm, personal touches that made us feel at home. For an authentic Italian experience with history, charm, and genuine hospitality, this is the place to stay. We’re so grateful for the memories and can’t wait to return!

The homemade breakfast cakes were a real highlight, and there are several good restaurants within easy walking distance. The rooms are lovely, the hosts delightful, and the old town is right outside. Definitely pet-friendly too, with three friendly dogs living there.

Chiusi is a handy base, with places to eat, drink, and see nearby. The stay itself feels relaxed and personal, a nice fit for a romantic break or a few quiet days away from a formal hotel. The rooms are intimate and welcoming without feeling overdone, and I felt at ease and refreshed quite quickly. The garden is pleasant, and breakfast is a particularly good Italian spread for a B&B. There’s a sociable atmosphere where guests can chat casually, which adds a lot to the experience. The hosts are considerate, friendly, and helpful, and seemed to do their best to meet each guest’s needs. Running the place as a family is clearly a huge undertaking, and I was impressed by the time and effort they put into it. They’ve done a wonderful job.

I’m already hoping to come back and take pastry lessons with Donetella. She’s a pastry chef, and the breakfasts she made each morning were outstanding. The owners were welcoming and attentive, and the rooms were charming, with ornate decor, spotless bathrooms, and a comfortable mattress. There’s also a gorgeous Tuscan view just a few steps away. Easily the most spectacular BnB I’ve stayed in.
