Villa Marco Aurelio

Michela and Francesco, the owners of B&B Villa Marco Aurelio, really go out of their way to make guests happy. They’re lovely people, and the welcome was fantastic. The place was comfortable and very clean, and I was pleased with my stay in Cisano sul Neva. It was my first visit to Liguria, and I was charmed by the area too. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to people on vacation. I was in Albenga, Liguria, and was very satisfied with the B&B Villa Marco Aurelio. The cleanliness was top-notch, including how clean the owners are. I’ll definitely return.

The rooms are spotless, welcoming, and practical. The property sits in the quiet first stretch of the hinterland, about five minutes from the beaches and town center. What makes the stay special is how warmly and enthusiastically the owners welcome you and make you feel at home. The owner’s homemade breakfast pastries are remarkable, good enough to make a pastry shop jealous. A place I’d highly recommend.

You’ll need a car to reach the sea, about ten minutes away, but the villa is tucked into wonderfully quiet countryside. It’s a great B&B for a short break around Albenga, with spotless rooms and owners who are very friendly and helpful. We were served freshly baked pastries by the owner at breakfast. A perfect choice if you don’t enjoy staying in a hotel.

Even though I stayed just for a weekend, the fully equipped apartments would work for a longer visit too. The house is surrounded by greenery, with nature all around. Mrs. Michela serves breakfast on the terrace, among cascades of flowers, with a lovely view of the hills. Everything was immaculate and the house had all the little details covered.
