Poor service before arrival deserves to be mentioned, regardless of whether the stay happens. We couldn’t travel because of extreme weather, so I asked for a simple change of dates. The commercial service flatly refused, showed no flexibility or understanding, and offered no alternative. The experience starts before check-in, and this was disappointing. The hotel systematically asks Booking to remove reviews on the grounds that the guest didn’t stay. Removing reviews won’t erase a poor customer experience. When an establishment chooses to silence feedback instead of improving its service, that says a lot. I’m sharing this on Google, where the review is more visible.

The room was modern, clean, and smelled nice. The bathroom was nice and the shower worked great. Staff were friendly and helpful, and although it’s right next to the train station, it wasn’t loud. The rooms are quiet, though the walls are thin. I’m honestly not sure what everyone’s complaining about. Maybe they’ve remodeled since older reviews that describe different rooms.

The station is right nearby, which is a top location. The pillows were really comfortable, though the cleaning could be much better. There were some odd people around the area. For a two-star hotel, it's not bad.

The room was tiny, but apart from the bathroom it was okay. The shower was what put me off: it wouldn't stay in place, so I had to hold it, and the curtain kept sticking to me. I really hated using it and wouldn't stay here again. It's near the train station, with attractions a bit of a walk away, though not too far.
