Chan and Tuffi at reception were especially helpful. I slept better here than I have anywhere else on this trip, and the room was clean, even though it looked shabby and less fancy than I expected from the hotel's description and photos. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower was too small to turn around in. Breakfast was corn flakes, juice, warm milk, zwieback, and jam. I’d be reluctant to stay here again.

We were six people traveling with other families as part of a touring team, and the rooms were dusty, outdated, and not properly cleaned. The pillows felt old and uncomfortable, and there was no proper air conditioning despite what was advertised. Evening service was especially terrible. When we asked the staff to help order pizza because of the language barrier with the restaurant, they refused and were quite rude. This was a very disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

There were some cute little shops nearby, and the walk around the area was enjoyable. Hotel Marc'Aurelio is about 850 meters from Cornelia metro station. Our room was fairly spacious, though the bathroom was small and didn't quite look like the pictures. Breakfast was good and complete, room service was acceptable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

I left with a terrible impression of the hotel's hospitality. The cleanliness was very good and everything seemed fine until my group and I left. Then I learned that a gentleman in our group had been robbed in the breakfast room in front of staff. Nobody reacted or seemed upset, and they did nothing to help us. They said there were no cameras in the hotel, which I find tragic for a four-star property. When we returned the keys, there was no employee checking who came and went, and no security guard watching the building. No one seemed to be monitoring the place, and they should at least have helped us after this happened. The free Wi-Fi was basically a scam, since we couldn't connect. When our group leader first showed our IDs and passports so the hotel could check that everyone had booked and paid, as we normally do, staff said they didn't need them. It seemed they didn't care who was staying there or who wasn't.
