The bedroom was right on the sidewalk, and I could smell a lot of secondhand smoke coming from the other room. The door also wouldn't lock from inside, even though the entrance was shared. I spotted the problem and the owner fixed it, and he was kind about that. His wife seemed indifferent, though, and later he got personal and made a fuss with a customer. I still don't understand why.

The staff were kind and welcoming, and the place was clean and pleasant. I had a great stay and would give it five stars across the board. They deserve it. I hope I can come back soon.
