The garden and pool are lovely, and the house and rooms are beautiful and clean. The hosts are so warm, always around if you need help, and she makes cakes like a goddess. Those daily breakfasts were so good that gaining a couple of kilos in a week is the only real danger :-)

We stopped here on the way to Brindisi, and it was perfect for that. The reviews were right, it’s a charming spot with a real family feel. There are good restaurants close by, including Lemonia.

Breakfast was amazing, all homemade and really tasty. The owners are lovely, and staying here feels a lot like being at home.

After a bad experience elsewhere, we needed somewhere to relax, and this farmhouse really saved our vacation. Enzo welcomed us with such unusual kindness and made us feel comfortable right away. The breakfast was delicious too. I’d recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the Civitanova area.

Enzo and Angela were the best part of our stay, welcoming and available whenever needed without hovering. Well-behaved dogs are genuinely welcome here. The rooms have plenty of comforts, some with kitchenettes and fridges, and modern bathrooms. There’s a pool and green space, with mandarin and lemon trees and the scent of lime trees. Once you’re through the first gate, it feels like a quiet little retreat.
