The warm pools are nice, and prices here still haven’t gone wild like they have at lots of other places. The saunas were offline, so you’re left with the pools and massages.

We stayed the night in a room with a balcony looking over the pools, and the evening meal and buffet breakfast were every bit as good as on a first-class cruise ship. Venice and Padua are also easy to reach. Loved the place, especially the warm thermal pools, which were so relaxing.

The food is fantastic, and breakfast or lunch on the terrace is especially lovely at this time of year. Everyone is welcoming, and the location makes it easy to get to Venice, Verona and Bologna. They even helped arrange a night at the Opera in Verona, which was unforgettable. I love staying here whenever I come to Italy, and I’ll always come back.

We spent the afternoon and evening at the spa and enjoyed every minute. The enclosed pool opens onto a larger outdoor one. Downstairs there’s a cave area with saunas and massage chairs. Such a relaxing evening.

A lovely, relaxing place that feels close to nature. This was our second visit and it didn’t disappoint. I’d give it 3.5 points, though I was surprised they charged the same entrance fee for a two-year-old baby as for adults.
