The singing gondoliers and the accordion and guitar music drifting up from the narrow canal below the window were a lovely extra. We were right beside the famous "La Teatro de Fenice". There are stairs and no lift, which didn't bother me, though it might bother some people. Loved it!

Cristina, the owner, was incredibly attentive, which made an already perfect stay even better. The XL apartment was spotless, with Venetian decor, a large bathroom and excellent beds. It's right beside the Fenici Theatre and only a five-minute walk from San Marco. Magnificent, just like Venice.

My wife and I would definitely come back to this apartment. The organization and cleanliness were top notch, and the beautiful furnishings made it feel like a place straight out of a movie. With Teatro La Fenice directly opposite, the theater and apartment made a perfect combination.

The owners were welcoming and helpful. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated in Italian style, right in the heart of Venice, about a minute from La Fenice and five minutes from Piazza San Marco.
