I still recommend this place and give it five stars, even though the booking had a couple of problems. The rooms and kitchen were nicely equipped with air conditioning, Android TVs, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher. There's also a fenced parking area, though its gate was damaged and wouldn't close, so it didn't really secure the lot. We booked for five people but only had bedding for four. Mosquitoes were everywhere, too, while nets covered only a few of the windows. Even with those drawbacks, the hotel itself is top-notch.

I can't say anything about the accommodation itself. I work nights and only wanted to arrive in the morning to sleep before my 7 PM shift. They said check-in was at 3 PM, and when they called that morning to ask whether I planned to arrive then, I explained why I needed an earlier time. They said it wasn't possible and kept the money. Shameful. Couldn't they make an exception? I think they're English...

I've stayed here twice, once in November in an apartment and recently in a room with a terrace. Both were beautiful, clean, and tidy. It's a quiet spot close to the center, and the people are very kind. Highly recommended.

I came across this place while searching for somewhere to stay in Conegliano, and the facilities are really pleasant, maybe because the building is new. Better than most hotels, and parking is easy. Just be ready to carry your things up, since it's on the second floor and there's no elevator.
