We were four people and got a ground-floor room. The stay was awful. Check-in was listed as 3:00 PM, but even though we arrived at 6:30 PM, the room still wasn't ready, and we waited outside another half hour. Inside, there was a strong smoke smell that stayed all night, damp was visible on the walls, and the room felt unhealthy. We entered through a French window, and light kept coming in because there was no blackout curtain, so sleeping was difficult. Cleanliness was poor too. The toilet paper was already partly used. In response to the owner, I'd like to clarify a few things. The booking said check-in began at 3:00 PM, so I expected the room to be ready then, whatever time we arrived. It had been vacated by the previous guests at 10:00 AM, so finding it still being cleaned after 6:30 PM didn't seem right. The smoke smell was there in the first room as soon as we entered. We didn't mention it straight away to avoid trouble, but it was still there. You said that room was the only possible solution, so raising it wouldn't have helped. The toilet paper rolls were there, but already used, which we consider unhygienic and unsuitable for tourist accommodation. We did not damage the curtain. The main windows had shutters; the issue was the uncovered window above the French window, which let in the streetlights and made the room bright at night. I'm sorry we couldn't agree, but my review is based only on what actually happened during our stay. I hope it helps you improve things for your business. Best regards.

The B&B is clean and reasonably priced, and the staff are very friendly. Its street is lovely, with flowers everywhere.

Our apartment was fabulous, mixing classic and modern style with lovely attention to detail. It was very clean and had great air conditioning. The owners were extremely kind, polite, and helpful; Mr. Sossio welcomed us with that warm, friendly feeling you get in the South. The property is in Conversano's historic center, in the province of Bari, and is well placed for visiting Puglia's tourist destinations. Splendid Polignano is just a few kilometers away. We were very satisfied with both the price and the property, a full five stars for our vacation stay!

My husband and I came for a short getaway two weeks ago, and we'd gladly return. The rooms are distinctive and well kept, with a typical Puglian feel. Mr. Sossio is kind and helpful, and gave us all the information we needed about the area. The property is strategically located and well connected for visiting the most popular coastal spots.
