We had a wonderful vacation in this dream of a house, with everything needed for a comfortable stay: plenty of dishes, a washing machine, an iron, and a great kitchen for cooking for ourselves. It's set in lovely rolling hills, around four kilometers from Corridonia, where shopping is excellent. The owners were kind and attentive, always focused on making guests feel well looked after. They speak English and Italian, and the husband came by twice a day to clean and care for the beautiful pool. We highly recommend the whole house.

It stays cool inside during summer, and the large pool is beautifully designed. For winter there's a wood-burning stove, so I'd recommend it for an Italy vacation. Just be aware that few people speak English, so Italian helps. You'll need to know your way around a grill, and the pool gets lots of insects in it after only about 15 minutes. Otherwise, it's very good.

The cuisine sticks to local traditions, and the friendly staff make you feel at home. It's a lovely, quiet, well-kept place that works well for families with children. Recommended.
