Paola and Franco were wonderful, ready to help with bookings or anything else we needed. The service was excellent. Breakfast served in the room, à la carte, was a great touch, and I'd recommend seeing a musical or opera through the hotel. We stayed in the suite with the Turkish bath. That's not really my thing, but the room itself was massive and excellent value for the price. You can't beat that much space. It was a great spot in a quiet part of Venice. A couple of small downsides: the suite connected to the kitchen, so we smelled breakfast in the bathroom each morning, and the pillows were pretty uncomfortable.

The services were even better than the excellent location. Our room was bigger than we expected, especially by European standards. Most rooms are about the size of a New York apartment, if you know, you know lol. Thanks Ronaldo!!!!

We loved the canal views and thought the room was gorgeous. The staff were so welcoming and lovely, and the location was perfect. We'll look forward to coming back.

The room was incredibly spacious and had a sauna. The hotel was beautiful, though a bit of a walk from everything, and it was worth it. I only wish the air conditioning were stronger. Franco, I think that was his name, went above and beyond and was so helpful and friendly. Absolutely recommend it!

The booking company had messed up our reservation, but Franco, the manager, and Paola were very helpful and accommodating. The suite was modern and very nice, with a sauna and Turkish bath, and the location was great.
