I spent 70 days here on Erasmus and found the place awful. There’s no Wi-Fi, the shower is lousy, reception is absent, and they charge for everything. The rooms aren’t cleaned, credit cards aren’t accepted, and there’s nothing to do in town, which isn’t a tourist destination. We saw the owner maybe three times in all those 70 days. You’re left to figure everything out for yourself.

The apartments are rustic and a little small, but fully equipped, with kitchens. The residence itself is very nice and well cared for, with a tidy garden, swimming pool, and hot tub.

There’s lots of greenery around the quaint apartments, and the pool is beautiful. It’s near both the town center and Cortona. The staff were excellent, friendly, and always ready to help.
