Staying at the Best Western in Cuneo was one of my most pleasant hotel experiences. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bathrooms were very clean and stocked with what I needed. Breakfast had a wide selection, and every option I tried was spectacular. The staff were especially friendly, professional, and courteous. The manager at the breakfast station was very sweet, always checking whether I needed anything and even making me a Cappuccino herself when I asked. The receptionists were just as welcoming and quick to sort out any concerns. At one point I couldn't find a hotel for the next leg of my journey. The receptionist on duty went out of her way to look near my destination, call the hotels herself, share her opinions, and help me make a reservation. I'm sure she had plenty else to do. Her dedication and resourcefulness turned what could've been a stressful situation into a much easier one, and showed me what good customer service means. I couldn't recommend a better hotel in Cuneo.

Really fantastic hotel, with very friendly staff, spotless rooms, great facilities, and good parking. Breakfast was amazing and such good value that, honestly, they should double its price. I'd happily pay that. Thanks, I can't recommend the place enough.

We came to town for a wedding weekend and stayed here. The hotel's right in the center, which was very convenient, and our room was nice and clean. There was a safe in the room, and the bathroom was clean with basic toiletries provided. Breakfast wasn't part of our room rate, but we tried it one morning and paid 7 Euro per person. There was plenty to choose from, including cakes and savory items. There are also lots of bars and cafes around the hotel. The staff were pretty friendly, so I'd recommend staying here.

Modern, very clean rooms and a lovely breakfast with homemade cakes and loads of choice. I was especially impressed by how clean the breakfast area was while following COVID-19 rules. The staff are super kind, and the hotel sits in the heart of Cuneo, about three minutes' walk from the centre.

A nice hotel in central Cuneo, with plenty of things nearby. The staff are always smiling and ready to help kindly with any questions. The rooms look a little old-fashioned, but they're still pretty nice. Breakfast has lots of options for different tastes.
