Tenuta Sidore

The staff were incredible, especially Graziana & Luigi, who made sure we had everything we needed. I spent a week here with my family of seven, and the place exceeded every expectation. The facilities were five star. I'd highly recommend the resort, and we'll be back. 10/10. Cheers from a satisfied Australian.

The room was pleasant, though a little small, and the pool area was nice. Breakfast was good, but the wifi was limited. The lounge was pleasant too, just full of cat hair. We stayed for a week at the end of the season.

The hosts were so attentive and kind. They arranged winery tours, cooked wonderful meals and were always ready to help with anything we needed. A wonderful, relaxing place. Highly recommend.

You really need a car here, though Lecce is only half an hour away and has plenty for shopping and sightseeing. The old Italian towns along the roads feel like scenes from another time, and the scattered roads and yards are sprawling, untidy and beautiful. We stayed in a one-bedroom bungalow with a kitchen, toilet, living room, double bed and a dining table. It can comfortably sleep four. There's a spacious porch for watching the sun go down, plus other outdoor spots to sit and relax. The relaxation room is roomy, with soft sofas and Sky TV, and a tasteful design. It's a quiet place in the shade of straight rows of olive trees. Service is excellent, management is friendly and cordial, and they respond to problems quickly. The food is a little pricey, but it's your choice to eat there, and being miles from the nearest diner, it may be a good deal. The bungalow had a sweet, spicy smell that lingered after the second night, then gradually faded. I don't know what those Italias put in the air, but it felt healing. Tenuta sidore is modernity caught in an archaic setting, a beautiful story. You can find fresh air and peace when you take time to chill out. The dogs howling as you walk by and the hen's first crowing are part of the country inn experience. It's all here at tenuta sidore.
