Sonne Haus

Cornino Bay was a peaceful base, with San Vito lo Capo, Macari, Scopello, Erice, and Trapani all close by. The house and even the outdoor areas were very well cared for, and it was clean and comfortable. Mrs. Maria and Mr. Giovanni were warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. Highly recommended ☺️

We spent a week here in Custonaci in July, and it was hard to fault the place. The kitchen had absolutely everything, and the house was equipped down to the linens and bath towels. The rooms were spotless, with brand new furnishings, and the whole place was so well looked after that it felt like five-star service. The owners were welcoming and kind, and gave us plenty of tips on what to see and where to spend our evenings. We’ve never stayed in a home this well equipped, with such helpful hosts. Maria and her husband Giovanni are lovely people, and they keep the Sonne Haus Custunaci holiday apartment in meticulous shape. We found everything we needed there. It’s also well connected and in a strategic spot for getting into town. I’d gladly recommend it. 😊

The location is quiet and the sea is only a few minutes away. We stayed a week at the Sonnehaus in Custonaci, which has room for 12, and had a fantastic time. Maria and Giovanni were already available before we arrived, welcomed us so warmly, and were always ready to help with whatever we asked. The property was immaculate and carefully maintained, with everything you might need, including some unexpected extras like detergent, citronella candles, and both beer and wine glasses. They’d also made it easy to have a barbecue and enjoy the comfortable terrace. I’d love to come back with the rest of my family.
