Castello Belvedere Residence

We spent two nights here in September 2024, renting an apartment as a base to see the area around southern Lake Garda. We were thrilled on arrival to find it was a newly renovated 18th century manor. The apartment was superb, very clean and tidy, finished to a high standard, and had a super comfortable bed. Staff made us feel welcome and suggested places to eat in town, along with directions and parking advice. It turned out to be close enough to walk. The gardens are beautiful, and we used the outdoor pool in the evening. The views across the lake towards Sirmione and the mountains are stunning.

The lake-view room was a highlight, and the views are breathtaking. It’s a beautiful, relaxing oasis with a wonderfully calm atmosphere. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and courteous. A perfect spot to unwind and enjoy.

Castello Belvedere has lovely grounds and quite spectacular lake views, and the pool is nice and large. I only wish it stayed open later than 7:30PM. Our renovated room was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is a relatively short drive from the center and activities, and the staff were very helpful with information about restaurants, ferries, and things to do. A laundry room and a few more pillows would have made the stay perfect. Thank you!

We’ve been to Castello Belvedere three times now and will be back again. The garden is like a botanic garden, the rooms are great, and the location is beautiful. Each morning they offer fresh baguette for breakfast at no charge. The pool is amazing, the staff are very nice, and there’s parking on site. The city center is about a 15-minute walk.
