A lovely family-run hotel, with a great bar and restaurant and really good staff. I'd recommend it.

Tutto Perfetto! The meals were delicious, the hotel is friendly to families with kids, and there's a wellness area. Our room was comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom, and there's a very large ski room as well as plenty of parking. The hotel has been restored with real taste and sits in a great spot, close to the 3zinnen, kronoplatz and cortina ski resorts. It's just 10 minutes from the 3zinnen ski resort.

Avoid this place. In the morning, we booked a room in person and left our belongings in the hotel's storage. When we returned that afternoon to collect the keys, we were told the booking had been cancelled. The owner blamed the receptionist who had accepted it, saying she didn't know what she was doing. Then the explanation shifted to the room supposedly being too cheap. I showed him the price list I'd received that morning from the tourist office 200 meters away, but he said their prices were wrong and the rates on his website were much higher. By then, all the other reasonably priced hotels in Toblach were full. He offered us an overpriced room run by his sister, which wasn't officially listed and was cash-only, and called friends at other hotels about rooms costing three to four times as much. Outside, we met some other disappointed people and heard the same story. The owner had personally taken their booking that morning, they left their luggage and went hiking, then returned tired in the afternoon to be told their reservation was cancelled. Another group in the parking lot had been told they were mistaken and had booked a different hotel across town at three times the price. That hotel had a room, but apparently no one there had heard of their reservation either.

We paid 184 euro for a basic room with an old bathroom. That part was fine, since we only needed somewhere to sleep. Breakfast is what spoiled the stay. The selection was basic, and things weren't replenished unless you asked. There was no coffee machine for guests, just one bad cappuccino from a machine in the kitchen or a can of bad coffee. A group of eight at the next table weren't happy either. Every cheap hotel in Italy has a coffee machine near the breakfast room for paying guests. This is the wrong way to attract tourists.
