The accommodations could do with improvement, since they don't match the rest of the place. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained, with a breathtaking view of Stromboli behind them. The restaurant is elegant, serving delicious food from starters through dessert, and the staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable.

The breakfast was excellent, and credit to the only two people trying to run the place properly and with commitment. But the establishment needs renovation and the rooms need a more thorough clean. I understand there can be insects in the countryside, but cockroaches in the rooms are too much. Mosquito nets are needed, especially since some rooms we had to change from lacked ventilation and got very hot and humid. I've stayed at other agriturismos, and calling this one an “agriturismo” feels like a stretch. If the amenities list says Wi-Fi, air conditioning and food are available, I expect them to be. Otherwise, they should be removed from the list, and there shouldn't be a small fee for them.

The fenced grounds were spacious, bordered by vineyards. Our holiday apartment had a terrace overlooking the sea, with Strombolie visible in the distance.

Francesca makes this place feel full of warmth. She’s a special owner with a generous heart and really wants guests to feel good here. It’s peaceful and calm, and I’d happily recommend it. ♥️
