We visited in early April, and the rooms were cold, so we used the AC to heat them. There’s a little playground and a cat, which made it a nice place for kids to play. Great accommodation, and breakfast was included in the price.

Our first week of two in Sicily was at B&B Erice Mare. We changed rooms midway through, moving into the Family Suite, and Carlo kindly helped carry our heavy luggage upstairs. He was very nice, and arranging things before the trip over Whatsapp was easy. The rooms were cleaned daily, which I hadn’t expected but really appreciated, and there was plenty of room for us and the other guests. We enjoyed the outdoor breakfast buffet every morning. Carlo made coffee and offered the kids simple but tasty ham and cheese toast. The setting was quiet, set back from the road, with ample parking and a beautiful sea view. It’s moments from the beach and worked well as a base for visiting other cities. Thanks again, Carlo!

At B&B Erice Mare, the rooms were quite basic, and the AC and fridge were so loud they made it hard to sleep. The shower was pretty dirty, which was disappointing, and there was very little choice at breakfast. Our stay didn’t meet expectations.

A lovely spot to relax, with a really nice hostess. The air-conditioned room and shower bathroom were all clean as ice.
