I keep coming back because this apartment makes a great base for Rome and the surrounding area, especially with a car. There’s private parking and easy access to the Raccordo Anulare, making trips to the coast, the lakes in northern Lazio, the Maremma, the Castelli Romani, Fiumicino, and Ciampino airports straightforward. The place is clean, bright, and very well equipped, with a great terrace for eating outside. There’s also a lovely park with mature trees right across from it. Linda and Ludovico are attentive and friendly. Thanks to them for the service.

The apartment was very nice, with enough space for us and not much traffic around. The bus stop is about a 5 minute walk away, while the metro takes around 25 minutes to reach on foot. A very good place to stay for a couple off days while seeing Rome.

Linda met us when we arrived, handed over the keys, and explained everything. She stayed available for questions and even came to say goodbye when we left. The apartment overlooks a green park, and during our week there we found it welcoming, functional, and well furnished. The kitchen had plenty of equipment, the bed and sofa were really comfortable, and the bathroom had everything you’d expect in a high-end hotel. We also had what we needed for breakfast, including coffee. I highly recommend it.
