We recommend this place. The owners are caring, friendly, and incredibly hospitable. It was spotless, modern, and bigger than we expected, with a very comfortable feel. What you get here and the location are well worth the cost.

Mrs. Adele was attentive and very friendly. The B&B is spotlessly clean and comfortable, right in the center of Fabriano, in an excellent location.

We’d like to come back for a pleasure trip after our stay here, when I had to be hospitalized in Fabriano because of our daughter. We chose this B&B for its proximity to the hospital, since we don’t live very close to Fabriano. I’d read that the owner was helpful and friendly, but didn’t expect such a lovely, clean place or such a kind host. It really has everything. Breakfast is pre-packaged, but there’s plenty of everything, and the heating works in every room. The bathroom gets very hot! Highly recommended!!!! Thanks, Adele, for your help.

We were there for just one night, and Mrs. Adele welcomed us warmly and was very kind. The place was clean and breakfast was plentiful. We’ll come back.
