The grounds are gorgeous, with vineyards, olive trees, several buildings, and a lovely pool. The main building has the restaurant, spa, and rooms, while smaller buildings have more rooms and suites. We enjoyed the restaurant too, especially its food and pairings with the estate's very good wines. The staff were wonderful and went the extra mile, and our standard room, though a little small, was nice and very clean. It was cleaned and restocked daily. The location also worked well for us: Rome is a 1.5-hour drive away and Siena is two hours away. The lake is about 30 minutes away, the beach within an hour, and beautiful Tuscan towns are just a half-hour drive.

We came for a hotel stay and ended up having dinner too. It was the best meal we had in the whole region, paired with excellent local wine. The owner is there in person, kindly looking after everything. It's an intimate, beautiful place that's clean and well maintained, and the hotel, restaurant, and wine make a winning combination.

We loved eating here. The meals were all superb, made with the restaurant's own olive oil and herbs. The vineyard and olive groves make a peaceful, beautiful setting, and the property is immaculate. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, always smiling. We'll definitely return.

Nathalie, the owner, gave us a wonderful tour and wine tasting. The team has achieved so much in nearly 10 years, and the wines are amazing. We'll try the restaurant later this week. If you're nearby, go visit!

We spent three days here during lockdown, when the hotel restaurant was the only dining option, and couldn't have been happier with it. Chef Maria is a culinary genius. We tried the tasting menus, and every dish was delicious, fresh, and creative in both form and flavor. There's a good selection for vegetarians, pescatarians, and omnivores. Service was excellent and kind, and Alessandro knows each dish and talks about it with real passion. The restaurant faces the olive garden, which adds to the lovely atmosphere. It was worth every penny. If you're staying a couple of days, I highly recommend a massage with Floriana. She's a true master at her work. It was such a pleasure to relax in this oasis, and we'll definitely be back.
