Hotel Milu Florence

The staff were the best part for us. They were friendly and helpful throughout, gave us great recommendations, stayed reachable on What's App, helped with our luggage, and even booked restaurants for us. At breakfast they also made sure we had everything we needed. This is a luxurious, well-designed boutique hotel in central Florence, near the river, designer shops, and good restaurants. There's lovely artwork throughout. Our spacious room had all the amenities we needed, complimentary minibar items, and a handwritten welcome note and gift that we really appreciated. Breakfast had lots of options. On the fifth floor, guests can relax any time, with coffee, tea, hot water, a microwave, and some fun art books. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The thoughtful birthday surprise meant a lot. When I mentioned we were celebrating my mother's birthday, they left a bottle of wine and a kind note for us that evening. We're very grateful, and especially want to thank Leslie and Alessia. The staff, location, and distinctive style all made this one of the nicest hotels we've visited. We'd choose it again without hesitation.

Room 209 was small, but modern, with a comfortable bed and a very modern bathroom with a spacious shower. It was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, a nice place to rest after exploring Florence. We also loved breakfast, with fresh, tasty food and plenty of choices. We had the fresh pancakes with bacon, syrup, and eggs every day. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere, service, and comfort made for a wonderful stay, and we'd definitely choose this hotel again.

The location was the best, and I really enjoyed my two nights here. My room was clean, spacious, and luxurious, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was rich and delicious too. Thank you for the great hospitality. I'll book here again when I visit Florence, and I plan to tell my friends about it.
