A heads-up if you're over 65 or have a disability: there's a staircase of almost two flights at the entrance on the way to the room. Otherwise, the automated service was quite efficient and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a spotless bathroom and the necessary amenities. The location is excellent, with good local restaurants nearby.

It felt just like home, with a central location, very comfortable rooms, and a shared kitchen that was well equipped. Every room had air conditioning, which was much appreciated in summer. The apartment, cleanliness, and hospitality were all excellent, and they were always available if we needed information or anything else.

Right in the heart of Ferrara, the guesthouse is a few steps from the cathedral and has access to the castle. The building feels new and is well maintained. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom had what we needed, and the shower was spacious. Cleanliness was good, and they kindly let us into our room a little earlier than expected. The entry and key system worked very well, and their food recommendations were great. There were a couple of real drawbacks: the room wasn't soundproof at all, and a smell of smoke stayed with us throughout the visit. The luggage storage also needs fixing. There wasn't room for five people's things, so we had to leave our belongings by the entrance under the stairs. We'll definitely be back.
