The countryside view from the terrace was lovely, and nights were peaceful with no noisy neighbors. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with bread, eggs, and yoghurt. We stayed a few nights and found the owners friendly and accommodating. Keep your expectations realistic, but we'd happily return. Thanks for the hospitality, Roberto, Sirena and Signora Maria.

We found this charming little place in Fiesole on our way north through Italy, and the views of Firenza were breathtaking. The staff welcomed us right away and gave us all the information we needed. They even had mosquito repellers in the room, a thoughtful touch. Good coffee, friendly people, and great value, close to the town centre.

The terrace view is nice, and the place is close to the centre of Fiesole, so one night is okay. My room had no fan and I couldn't sleep well. One of the hosts got very close to me and made me uncomfortable, so I wouldn't recommend it for women travelling alone. I'd rather pay more for somewhere better.

The managers were so kind, truly a blessing. It's a very simple place, but they make you feel welcome.

Breakfast was outside in 10-degree weather with a cold wind, so we ate wearing a windbreaker and wool hat. The room was rundown, and the electrical system was awful, with sockets that came out of the wall as soon as you touched them. The tiny bathroom had only a useless curtain to separate the shower, and water flooded the whole space. A real dump. It's scandalous that places like this exist.
