Our room was roomy and very clean, with a view across the olive groves and a handy little kitchenette. Breakfast was all homemade, ingredients included. The hostess was fabulous, full of recommendations, and genuinely helpful. The setting felt peaceful among the olive groves and vineyards, even though Florence's center was only a short bus ride away.

We stayed for two nights with our family, September 3rd to 5th, and had a really comfortable time. Our room, Il Fienile, was clean and cosy, almost a mini-apartment, with a kitchen and foldaway refrigerator that would be useful for making meals, especially on a longer stay. The whole rustic property is renovated, kept in good shape, and very clean. It felt wonderfully quiet in the Tuscan hills among olive trees and vineyards, though Florence's center is only fifteen minutes away. The breakfast special was generous and tasty, made by Grace, who was incredibly kind and friendly. The owners were welcoming, and the place has a natural family-run feel. We also loved the well-kept pool and its view over the hills and greenery. I'd happily return and recommend it.
