What stayed with me most was the restaurant. Its food follows a distinctive approach created by 3 Michelin-starred chef Heinz Beck, and each dish felt balanced and creative while fitting the mix of health and indulgence. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and carefully put together. Staff were warm and attentive, and really wanted to make everything go smoothly. The historic building is full of character and charm, and the thermal spa was a peaceful place to unwind. I tried thalassotherapy, the sauna, Turkish bath, Tibetan singing bowl therapy, and Nordic sauna ritual. The treatments were top-notch, and I could feel my stress easing in the soothing atmosphere. It’s also a medical retreat, and they take wellbeing seriously. A beautiful, memorable and deeply relaxing stay. I’d love to return.

I spent 5 magical days here with a friend who is 82, while I’m 42, and we both enjoyed the whole stay. We left feeling refreshed and recharged, and the water was a special part of that, whether drinking it or swimming in it. The region is famous for its water. There are two or three pools, all calm places to rest, and you can also join yoga or group therapies. The spa team are dedicated and caring, and put real effort into supporting healing and wellbeing. Meals by Heinz Beck were exceptional. You can choose the carefully prepared detox menu or order from an a la carte selection with plenty of options. Everything looked lovely and tasted delicious. In the palace-like setting, the spa is a real delight. The hotel is beautifully managed and organized, and staff bring anything you need quickly, kindly, and with no fuss. They seem to enjoy their work, and are warm and sincere. You feel at home, not like just another customer. I’m grateful to everyone who made this such a special experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it for resting your body, soothing your soul, and getting your energy back. It suited both of us.

The personalized wellness program felt tailored to what I needed, and the spa was a sanctuary, with skilled therapists and great amenities.
