The service was terrible, and the food wasn't tasty at all. During my stay, pasta with the same tasteless filling was served 12 out of 14 times. There were only two staff members, and neither knew any English. They laughed at tourists behind their backs.

The hotel is surrounded by greenery, and the reception, corridors, and rooms were clean. But, as other reviewers have mentioned, getting hot water is a problem. There aren't many electrical sockets either. In November the heating runs for hours per day, though I understand that's quite common in Italy.

The room was clean, but the bathroom was moldy, and the soundproofing was poor :(
