Our room was spotless, and so was the rest of Hotel dei Pini. The beds were really comfortable, and we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. We had a lovely stay on our coaching holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We'd definitely stay again.

A cute little kitten was there to greet visitors, though of course that’s only a temporary bonus. The hotel itself is lovely, with friendly staff and clean, quiet rooms.

The rooms were lovely and clean, and the staff were lovely too. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the new town. Thanks so much for a great stay.

The food was plentiful and I really enjoyed all of it. The staff were superb, helpful, and friendly, and the rooms had great showers and bathrooms, though they were adequate rather than remarkable. I’ve just spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s in a lovely area, with shops about a 15-minute walk away or a bus ride, plus good train connections.

Fiuggi town is handy for shops and restaurants, but it's a long way from places visitors might want to see, such as Rome, Pompeii, and Sorrento. The rooms were okay, but not cleaned very well, and the staff were okay without being much help. The food was awful: small portions, odd combinations, and only sometimes edible. We recently got back, and it wasn't a great experience. I can't recommend the hotel.
