B&B Felicioni

The location is quiet and nice, about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach, and the Wi-Fi is very fast. The place was exceptionally clean and organized, and the receptionist was super nice, polite, and friendly. My booking included a private bathroom, which was extremely clean, with towels, and everything worked well. There’s also a well-equipped shared kitchen and area with a refrigerator, small oven, microwave, and coffee machine with supplies. Getting there by public transport is a bit difficult. I only found out there’s one bus serving the place, bus 5, which comes about every hour. The doors could also do a better job blocking noise from outside the room. If guests in neighboring rooms are a bit loud, you can hear them.

The room was extremely clean, the staff were courteous, and my stay was very comfortable. It’s conveniently close to the airport and also near the waterfront. I’d definitely stay here again.

Our host at check-in was probably the kindest person we met in Italy. He was helpful and accommodating even though neither of us spoke the other's language. It’s a nice place. Our only concern was the thin walls, so bring earplugs for sleeping. Thanks for a great end to our vacation.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM I want to warn people about BnB Felicioni. My family booked it for their last night in Italy before flying back to the USA. I couldn’t join them because of work, so I handled everything remotely, including hotels, rental cars, and flights. I usually book Hilton hotels, but this time I tried something different. The BnB Felicioni website had attractive photos and glowing reviews, which I now suspect were fake. Before they arrived, my family called to ask if they could check in early, leave their luggage, and go to nearby restaurants. The person on the phone said that would be fine. But when they got there, the only room available was filthy, smelly, and completely uninhabitable. Then an unprofessional older man yelled at three women and a teenage girl, including two senior women. A hostile Italian woman, likely the owner, appeared and started screaming in my wife's face. The conditions were so bad that my wife had to look for somewhere else to stay. There was no way they could spend the night there. When she requested a refund, the owner flat-out refused and made clear they wouldn’t return any money. We still haven’t received a penny. Thankfully, my family found a proper hotel nearby and salvaged the rest of their trip. My takeaway is to stay far away from BnB Felicioni. They offer terrible service and refuse refunds, and it’s obvious they run the business like a scam. If you need somewhere to stay near Rome’s international airport, avoid this place at all costs. It’s a disgrace. SCAM ALERT! I’ll be sure to remind everyone about this every month from now on.
