Luigi was incredibly helpful and arranged reliable transport where I needed to go, for much less than Uber and with better reliability. I can't say enough good things about him. The office staff were helpful too, and the rooms were spacious, with a mini fridge and an electric kettle for tea or coffee in the kitchenette area. There was a large balcony with a table and chairs, and a good restaurant close enough to walk to.

The room wasn't cleaned well, and the shower leaked across the floor no matter how I positioned the doors. I barely slept because I heard scurrying all night and thought there might be rats in the room. When I turned on the light it stopped, so I assumed it was inside. It could have been, but the front desk staff said cats run around on the roof at night. I didn't get much rest. The front desk was helpful, though. I couldn't use the kettle or coffee maker, and there was no milk, but when I mentioned it, the young woman made me a lovely coffee with cream. We had an early checkout and a long wait before our flight, so she let us leave our luggage and go next door for breakfast and lunch, for a small fee. That helped a lot. I'm 70 and my travel companion is in his 90s, so carrying all our bags next door would have been very difficult. Kudos to her.

My room was big and clean, and I loved the balcony, which was clean too. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel is about 20 minutes by city bus from FCO airport and 20 minutes from Ostia, and the bus fare is only €1.10.

Cate, Dylan, and Carlotta were so kind and accommodating. The hotel's staff are classy and kind, and I strongly recommend staying here. I'm looking forward to coming back!

Free parking on the side and very close to the airport. We stayed just one night, thankfully. The room smelled really bad, one bed had yellow stains on the sheets, it was noisy, and everything was very old. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. Wouldn't recommend it.
