We paid 93€ for two nights, but there were hardly any of the conveniences included in the price. For two people staying two days, there was less than half a roll of toilet paper, so we had to buy more. The internet promised at check-in wasn't available. The next morning we contacted the property through Booking and WhatsApp; the WhatsApp message was read, but nobody replied through either channel. The clean sheets and towels earned a star, as did the location near the beach and the center of Fiumicino. I wouldn't recommend it.

We spent the night cold, even after they moved us to another room. The heating never worked, though the man who showed us our first room said it should come on within minutes. That was the worst part of an already negative stay. The windows had been left open when we arrived, and it was freezing with snow outside. The rooms are about 5-10 km from the airport, and the paid shuttle cost 50 euros for the trip there and back the next morning, more than the room itself. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed two nights, and the best things were the clean towels and linens and the location: four minutes on foot to the beach and five to the city center. That was enough to earn the second star. During our stay there was no Wi-Fi, and the hosts never got back to us. We sent messages on WhatsApp and Booking, they were received and read, but no reply came and the problem wasn't fixed.

The bar downstairs gets a little loud at night, though it quiets down after a certain hour. Apart from that, I felt really comfortable here and even added an extra night. The B&B is simple, clean, and well looked after, with a lovely river view and a place to relax just steps from the sea. A great fit for young couples. I'd happily come back.
