Isa Fiumicino Airport Residence

I stayed one night at Isa Residence and really enjoyed it. The staff were super nice. I knew their hours were 7 am to 11 pm, so I wrote in advance to ask about remote check-in since my flight was late. They checked me in and immediately offered their transfer, which cost half as much as a taxi. I appreciated that, and breakfast was just €5. For that price, the breakfast was amazing. The room was big, clean, and smelled nice. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom. I’d recommend staying here.

We couldn't get the room heating to work. Staff spent about an hour and a half trying to fix it, but nothing changed, and our request to move rooms wasn't accommodated. With it already late and an early flight the next morning, we had to leave and find another hotel. It was frustrating that the property couldn't provide this basic service or offer another solution.

Breakfast was a mess. We paid for it, but at 7:30am the small selection still wasn't ready, and just one staff member was handling it. When more guests arrived, he told us to give up our table even though we were paying customers and my friend was still eating. He first asked politely, then came back to hurry us along, saying, “Sorry you have to leave!” Apparently there's a time limit for breakfast. The nerve and the lack of manners were hard to believe. The toilet and shower leaked badly, and the slippery floor felt dangerous. Reception also isn't open 24 hours, despite Agoda giving that misleading information. I wouldn't recommend this apartment, even with its convenient airport location.

We were traveling as a family with two kids, and the room was good. The airport is close, though our shuttle cost EUR 35. A gentleman helped me figure out check-in at 2:00 AM, and I really appreciated that.
