Poderi di Tragliatella Farmhouse

Marco is the kindest, most welcoming host we’ve ever met. He treated us like family and made us feel at home, and we’re already looking forward to booking again next year. Poderi di Tragliatella Farmhouse is a peaceful escape from the city, surrounded by nature and lovely hill views. The swimming pool is a great extra, as was the hot tub in our room.

The host was exceptionally kind, caring, and helpful, and the rural surroundings felt quiet, peaceful, and safe. It’s a unique place to unwind in a homely Italian atmosphere. The accommodation was clean and welcoming, with a spacious bathroom. There’s a pool and garden kitchen to enjoy, and shops, a trattoria, and a pharmacy nearby. The sea is close to Rome.

Marco is sociable and always attentive to what you need. This is a lovely place to spend a few truly relaxing days, as well as a good base for exploring the surrounding area. The farmhouse is somewhat tucked away, but easy to find with GPS. The grounds and natural setting are meticulously kept, and the large, well-equipped pool looks out over the valley. Rooms and bathrooms were spotless, though the distinctive furnishings felt a little overstuffed with interesting objects. Breakfast on the veranda overlooking the garden was delicious, and the garden, like the rest of the place, was beautifully maintained.

Marco’s care made the stay especially comfortable. From the first calls about arrival time and other details, he was helpful and attentive. In the small but delightful "elephant room," he looked after us throughout. The whole place feels familiar, informal, and relaxing, just right for a restful break in unspoiled countryside a few kilometers from Rome. Breakfast made with natural products is not to be missed. The location works well for the sea and lakes, with Anguillara and Martignano about a 15-minute drive away. The pool faces the countryside. Highly recommended. Andrea
