The home was lovely and well situated, and nothing felt like too much trouble for them. My family and two close friends spent four great days at A Casa di Lilli in early April. We’d love to come back one day. Bravissimo Cristina, and we’d recommend this place without hesitation!

The host was kind, but the stay was disappointing. The room felt very dated, and the shower had a weak flow with water that kept changing temperature. When we raised the problem, we were told it was fine. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable, too.

We really appreciated Cristina arranging a ride to the airport, since taxis are limited in Florence, and she replied quickly whenever we had questions. The accommodation was quiet, the room and its new bathroom were clean, and the AC worked well at night. It’s outside the central tourist area, in a peaceful neighborhood with good restaurants nearby. Transit into the city center is close, and we enjoyed the pizza at Grazie Assai. We’d recommend A Casa di Lilli.

The walk to the city center is a long one, around 40 minutes, and the location isn’t ideal. Still, the hotel is cozy and has what you need. It was spotless, the staff were so welcoming and helpful, and the service was fantastic. Better than some four-star places I’ve stayed in. I’ll keep recommending it.

I’m already planning to come back. Everyone was welcoming and happy to accommodate us, and the bed and breakfast felt comfortable, with lovely decor and a beautiful garden.
