Affittacamere Z&I

For a solo stay, this was really good value. The location worked well, about a 10-minute walk from Florence train station and 20 minutes on foot to the main city, with shops and restaurants nearby. The owner got in touch before I arrived to explain entry since there’s no reception desk; I picked up the keys from a locker beside the B&B. There were snacks when I got there. The room and bathroom were clean, though there was some staining around the shower corners and the water sometimes drained slowly. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked. Breakfast was available, but I didn’t try it. I had a little trouble finding the B&B at first, and Google Maps wasn’t clear either. Still, it was a good stay and I’d recommend it.

The hosts were really nice, and the place was very clean. Great location, too.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and they left a coffee machine and packaged pastries for breakfast in the common room. Our stay was pleasant. The place is near the train station and about a 20-minute walk from the city center. The room was small and basic, with a minimalist feel, but clean. The shower was spacious and comfortable. Sound carries between rooms, so it helps when everyone is considerate.

The breakfast felt too industrial, mostly packaged pastries, with few savory choices. The location is convenient for getting around, around a 25-minute walk from the center. Rooms are basic and the bathroom is very small, but the rooms were clean.
