Erika, the owner, was incredibly kind and always available. She also shared Florence tips we really appreciated. We stayed at Agnolo19 for 3 days and arrived late at night, but the code made getting in quick and easy. The apartment was clean and stylish, just steps from Piazza Santa Croce. We’ll definitely come back.
