Charlotte was welcoming and friendly, with great suggestions for where to go and eat. The rooms were lovely, and the location made it easy to explore Florence’s main sights. The train station was only a short walk away. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and brought right to our room. Alberto and the staff were so kind, friendly, and welcoming, and Alberto really made us feel at home. Our room was quiet and pretty, with blackout curtains, AC, and a beautiful tiled bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and everything was sparkling clean. A real gem in a great location, within walking distance of anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommended!

Alberto and Charlotte made the stay especially nice. Alberto helped with my suitcase on the stairs and gave me great food and gelato tips, and breakfast was warm and filling. The hotel is right by Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, so many of Florence’s sights are easy to reach on foot. My room had lots of character and was comfortable throughout. A heads-up: there are several flights of stairs. My medium suitcase left me out of breath by the top. I heard some street noise on the first two nights, then it was quiet for the next two, so it may have been a weekend thing.

The B&B sits on a quiet little street, a short walk from the train station and from the city’s must-see spots. It’s a great base for exploring Florence and travelling farther afield. Alberto was friendly, quick to communicate, and incredibly accommodating. I’m vegan, and he found plant-based cheese for the unusual breakfast served in the room each morning. I asked about peanut butter, which isn’t a Florence staple, and it appeared the next day. Chloe also helped make mornings lovely, bringing coffee and food and sharing useful ideas for things to see and do. I almost hesitate to review the place in case it’s booked next time I’m in town, but it’s too good not to mention.
