Hotel Angelica

Maria was incredibly kind and helpful the whole time, going above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Her warm manner made our stay even better. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, too. Our room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the hotel, especially for the excellent service.

Maria was wonderful and even opened breakfast early so we could catch our train. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful, and made us feel welcome. The location made getting around easy, right in central Florence and just steps from the train station. Hotel Angélica has a cozy, welcoming feel, more like staying in someone's home than a typical hotel. It's old and small, with loads of charm and an authentic Florentine atmosphere.

I really appreciated that my room was ready early. Mariya at reception was especially kind and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was very clean, on a high floor with a large window, and had strong air conditioning. The hotel felt central and safe, with locked doors. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choices. I had a wonderful stay at Angelina Hotel in Florence and highly recommend it.

The staff were outstanding, helpful, humble, honest, and nice to talk to. I only spent one night, but I'd definitely stay here again if I needed another overnight stop. The rooms were very clean, everything felt new, and the beds were comfortable. I like a hard mattress, so I was extremely satisfied, though someone else might find it a bit too hard. The location is unbeatable, one block from the main station, SMN. Even so, it was quiet at night on the side street, where vehicle access is restricted.
