The pear cake was quiet and elegant, gently sweet without any fuss. Earlier, the pumpkin risotto came close to perfect, creamy but still restrained, and the tagliata was rosy, tender, and rested just right. At Cantinetta Antinori, dark wood, warm lamplight, and wine bottles give the dining room the feel of an old, slightly debauched noble household, but the service is genuinely kind. The beef carpaccio was so delicate it seemed almost fragile; artichokes in bright tomato sauce were a joy, and fresh spaghetti with rooster ragù was deep, rich, and unforgettable. Timeless Tuscan cooking without tricks or ego. Warmly recommended. Eatability Supreme.

The decor is lovely, and the upper-floor service was excellent. Cantinetta Antinori is a wonderful family-owned restaurant, part of a family business group, and it lived up to the promise. The rich mozzarella and carefully chosen wine list were highlights. It’s only reaffirmed my belief that Italian food is unbeatable! 😄 I’d give the Florentine steak 4 out of 5🥩

The steak was overpriced and so tough I had to cut it with a butter knife. They said there was no ketchup, only mustard. The food had zero flavor. I wouldn’t recommend this place for my dog, let alone another couple!

The Antinori wines were the standout, beautifully balanced and expressive, and clearly picked with care. Each glass felt special and went perfectly with the meal. The brick chicken had crisp skin and tender, flavorful meat, while the rooster pasta was rich, comforting, and full of depth. Cantinetta Antinori is a warm, elegant spot serving simple dishes done really well. Memorable food and great wine, definitely worth another visit.
