The location was really good, with the town center close and a Subway, McDonalds, and grocery store nearby. You can even get a glimpse of the Basilica di Santa Maria if you lean far enough out the window. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean apart from the shower area, and the air conditioning worked well. The bed and sleeping couch were much too soft for us. There's a washing machine in the apartment. The elevator is a tight squeeze for two, and stairwell lights can switch off because they're on a timer. A decent place for a short week.

I had a very bad stay. The apartment was noisy and smelled strongly of naphthalene, even though the host knew at least two weeks ahead that guests were coming. The heating machine didn't work, so the room stayed at 16-18 degrees, which felt very cold to me. I wouldn't recommend booking it.
