Our trip to Florence was unforgettable, but not in a good way. Despite low expectations, the apartment was a nightmare. The smell of cigarette smoke and mold in the apartment was overwhelming. There was only an electric heater, making it cold and hard to breathe. Black mold was everywhere (!) especially in the shower, the rest of bathroom and near the bed. It's a health hazard with no proper ventilation. The apartment was dirty, with hair and trash under the bed. The landlord just didn’t respond anymore after confronting him abut the issue. The situation was unacceptable and we find it hard to

A terrifying experience that left us with bad memories of Florence, despite how beautiful it is. It's inhumane to put someone to sleep in such a cramped space; it can't even be considered an apartment. The cubicle is located in the middle of the stairwell, and as soon as you step out, there's nowhere to put your foot on level ground. The conditions in the building's entrance are perfect for filming a horror movie. There's a piece of plastic hanging from the ceiling at the entrance to the cubicle; anything from a rat to a person could get through there. There was only one roll of toilet paper f

Thank you to Eduardo for his kindness and responsiveness 🥰 The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the center of Florence. The neighborhood is lovely and everything is close by: restaurants, monuments, museums, and supermarkets. We explored Florence as a couple and it's a magnificent city. I highly recommend this accommodation for a romantic weekend getaway 😍
