The staff were so nice and kind the whole five nights, and everything stayed pristine with the daily cleaning. The beds were comfortable, they had extra pillows, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. The surroundings felt safe, the street was quiet, and I slept well. There's a laundromat nearby and a good restaurant around the corner if you don't want to go far for dinner. Breakfast was satisfying every morning, served at 7:30 AM, and there's a 24-hour front desk so you can come and go anytime. Check-in and checkout were fast and easy. The hotel is easy to walk to from the train station with luggage, close to most tour departure points, and just a five-minute walk to the Duomo and great dinner spots. It's the best location for a hotel in Firenze, with all the attractions within walking distance. I'd suggest booking the breakfast-included option if you're doing tours during the day, so you'll be full and won't have to look for something quick to eat and spend even more money.

The staff made a great impression: they were polite, professional, and really helpful. We arrived four hours before check-in, left our passports for registration and our bags with them, and went out exploring. When we got back, everything was already in our room. The hotel itself is lovely, just a five-minute walk from the Duomo. Our small double was roomier than expected, with a comfortable bed, good heating, modern touches, and a Renaissance feel. It was very clean and well soundproofed, too. The taxi from the airport cost 32 euros. I’d happily recommend the place and its staff.

Breakfast had lots of choice and was delicious, and the air conditioning worked well. We also got useful tips for exploring Florence and restaurant recommendations from the excellent staff. The hotel is beautiful, close to the train station and right in the historic center, so the main sights are easy to reach on foot. We loved staying here and would come back.

James at reception was incredibly kind and professional, always ready to help with a smile. He made the stay feel especially welcoming. Art Atelier is a beautiful, cozy hotel in a handy spot for seeing Florence, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. I’d definitely stay here again!

We’ll come back on our next trip to Florence. The staff were great and helpful, and breakfast was good. It’s also convenient for both the main train station and the Duomo.
