Patricia made our time in Florence feel easy from the moment we arrived. Her personal attention, thoughtful advice, and genuine care were unlike anything we’ve experienced from a host abroad. She should be teaching hospitality. Truly outstanding. We also loved how convenient the location was: during our five days, everything seemed to be a 10-15 minute walk away. The room and breakfast were lovely, and the accommodation felt arranged with a guest’s comfort in mind. We worried about the 44 stairs before booking, but help with our bags was available when we needed it. If the stairs concern you, talk to Patricia. We felt safe, and had everything we needed nearby.

We had a wonderful time. Mr Moshik was warm and ready to help with anything we needed, and the cozy room made the stay even better. Right in the heart of Florence. Highly recommend!

Patricia’s suggestions made a real difference. Thanks to her, I found the best gelato I’ve ever had, and she gave us lots of useful ideas for things to do around Florence. The homemade breakfast was incredible, the room was cozy, and the location was spot on. One of the best places to stay in the city.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a varied spread ready each morning between 8 and 10. Patricia chatted with us and shared ideas for exploring Florence, and when we needed to leave early she packed homemade pastries for the road. She was easy to reach and very communicative. The B & B is in a wonderfully central spot, with a quick walk to just about everything. Rooms were clean, quiet, and a good size. It’s on the second floor and there’s no elevator, so expect to carry your luggage up the stairs. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

Patricia is the main reason I’d book here again. She’s friendly, full of useful suggestions, and knows a lot about Florence’s history as well as Italy more broadly. The apartment is close to practically everything, and my room was tidy and very clean. The shower was great, and breakfast was a lovely start to the day. This has been my best Air b&b experience so far.
