The neighborhood was really peaceful, and though the house is beside the train line, the noise was very faint. The station is nearby, with direct access to Florence, and shops and restaurants are easy to reach on foot. Eliana made us feel at home. She welcomed us warmly and was quick to respond even before we arrived. The place was spotless and neatly arranged, and the breakfast she prepared herself was delicious. She was easy to talk to, spoke several languages, and helped with our questions about the area and useful local suggestions.

Eliana's B&B worked perfectly for our one-night stop before going on to Lucca. Getting there from the airport was quick and simple, just two stops. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and Eliana was warm, friendly, and happy to help. Breakfast was included and really good. You can also use the place as a base for visiting the city center without paying the high hotel prices or dealing with huge crowds. There are good restaurants nearby that aren't expensive.

Eliana's place looked even better in person than it did in the reviews. She treated us like family and even drove us to the airport at 3 AM. Her B&B is a few tram stops from Florence's center and main train station. In the morning she made us a warm breakfast and shared lots of information about Florence and the surrounding area. Grazie Eliana! A piece of our heart stayed in Firenze. You're family.

The tram right by the house makes getting downtown easy, and the location also works well for airport connections and dropping off a rental car. Eliana was incredibly kind, sweet, and helpful. Add her delicious breakfast, and the place feels just about perfect. Highly recommend.

We were passing through on our way from the airport to the Extraurbano Bus for Lucca and stayed with Eliana for one night. She was lively and fun, and made us feel welcome in her beautifully decorated kitchen. She cooked us a wonderful Tuscan meal and shared lots of helpful advice. The T2 tram is a short walk away, runs often, and connects the train station with the airport. We'd stay with her again if we return to Florence.
