The location was the most central in Florence, and the staff communicated really well. Our accommodation was very clean and spacious, with strong AC. We had a couple of small problems with the shower and leaking AC, but the staff responded quickly. Be ready to climb a lot of steps!

The owner made getting the keys easy and was very friendly. The flat was very clean, with a nicely styled room and a cool, modern, spotless bathroom. The air conditioning worked very well, and so did the WiFi. It's on the fourth floor, about five minutes from piazza Della signora, and a nice place to stay for a few nights in Firenze. I'd definitely recommend it.

The room was super cozy, and the little building is cute. You're right in the best part of Florence. I'd definitely stay here again.

The owner was great, and this is a great B&B right in the middle of the city. There are excellent restaurants just around the corner.
