Ruby Bea Hotel Florence

Ruby Bea is in a quieter spot, which was welcome after busy days out, but we could still walk 15-30 minutes to the things we wanted to see. Bus and train pickups are right across the street, too. The team were attentive, warm, and very helpful: they arranged reservations, called taxis for us, and suggested things to do around Florence. Vincent deserves a special mention for going above and beyond. Ruby Hotels is my go-to when I travel, from the bar amenities and staff to those lovely-smelling bespoke products.

We ate at Pizza Di Napoli twice, and the staff, pizza, and beer were all stellar. It was just a short walk back to Ruby Bae. The hotel itself was a highlight of our Italy trip, with welcoming people at check-in, which is at the bar, and a terrific room. We even got an upgrade to a jog size bed. Great stay.

Luna and Carolina made my second week so much more enjoyable. They were genuinely lovely, kept me company a couple of times, and I ended up staying late at the bar because Luna was such good company. Carolina has the best bubbly personality. They deserve a raise, honestly. I also loved the room, especially the shower, galley, and terrace. Everything was clean and spot on, from the decor to the overall style, which really worked for me as someone with a high bar for architectural design. I got upgraded as soon as I arrived, and the staff were really nice. Best hotel experience I've had in years. Absolutely recommend it.

The room was lovely, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. Breakfast had everything I needed, plus an unexpected ginger shot. The hotel has a warm, stylish, welcoming atmosphere. Diego, Chira, Marg, Glenda, and Raffa were especially kind and provided exceptional service, which made the stay even more memorable.
