Relais Tiffany

The owners were the real highlight. They don’t live on site, but were so welcoming when we arrived and shared a fantastic list of places and restaurants to check out. During our long weekend, the city had a planned water shortage on two days. The hosts had prepared extra bottled water and buckets for the rooms to collect water before the shutoff. We didn’t end up having any water problems, but it was reassuring that they’d thought ahead, even though it wasn’t something they could control. The B&B was clean and tidy, and conveniently located near the station while staying quiet. We’d gladly book B&B Relais Tiffany again if we return to Florence. Thank you.

The owner is such a sweet, friendly, helpful man. The location is perfect, and the rooms are spacious, beautiful, and clean, with a lovely bathroom. The place looks great, and the relax room is gorgeous. There’s a garden and a really nice range of snacks too.

Franco welcomed us and shared useful tips on places to eat and things to see. We slept really well over our two nights, and the place felt safe and quiet. It’s about a nine-minute direct walk from the train station. The rooms are large, clean, and quaint, and the bed was big and comfortable. There are only a few rooms, and the setup felt thoughtful and caring. You enter on the first floor, so there are no stairs to climb. The breakfast room stays open all day with tea, coffee, water, packaged crackers, and cookies. The patio and courtyard are accessible through that room, as well as from some hotel rooms. We’d definitely book again if we’re back in Florence.

Marta, the concierge, gave us excellent tips for restaurants and activities. We stayed two nights in May, and the room was nice. The train station is nearby, and all the main tourist spots are walkable. Filtered water, snacks, and coffee and tea were available. Thank you, Marta!
